We have a full-time Operations Specialist position available at our Operations Center in Hamilton. As an Operations Specialist, you will perform a variety of customer services such as:
Processing NSF items
Unposted items
Return deposited items
Statements data entry for all incoming and outgoing wire transfers
Reconciling various internal accounts
Assisting customers and employees with telephone inquiries
Mobile banking resets and issues
Debit card ordering activation
Issues various other bookkeeping duties
Maintain and process loan payments, payoffs, billing statements, adjustments, etc.
