We have a full-time Operations Specialist position available at our Operations Center in Hamilton. As an Operations Specialist, you will perform a variety of customer services such as:

  • Processing NSF items
  • Unposted items
  • Return deposited items
  • Statements data entry for all incoming and outgoing wire transfers
  • Reconciling various internal accounts
  • Assisting customers and employees with telephone inquiries
  • Mobile banking resets and issues
  • Debit card ordering activation
  • Issues various other bookkeeping duties
  • Maintain and process loan payments, payoffs, billing statements, adjustments, etc.
