Administrative Assistant:

Role:

  • To provide administrative support to staff, enabling them to focus on the core responsibilities of their jobs.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Composes written documents and files and prepares or assists in the preparation of assigned reports.

  • Collects and prepares information for use in discussions and meetings.

  • Maintains daily appointment calendars, coordinates meetings, and makes travel and lodging arrangements as appropriate.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills:

Experience:

  • Two years to five years of administrative assistant experience.

Education:

  • A high school education or GED.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization, generally regarding routine matters for purposes of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion.

Other Skills:

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

  • Intermediate financial and accounting skills.

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.


Loan Processor:

Role:

  • Provides clerical and administrative support needed to process and close commercial, consumer real estate, & consumer loans in compliance with bank policies and procedures.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Takes customer loan applications and prepares them for review by the Loan Officer. Follows-up with the Loan Officer to determine status. Processes approved loans and sets up date and time to close the loan and make disbursements. Cross-sells other services.

  • Produce loan documents and reports with no unresolved errors according to established department standards.

  • Provide informed, prompt, professional and accurate service and support to all customers and internal team members by responding to email and other messages and answering phone calls in an appropriate time frame as established by their manager.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills:

Experience:

  • Six months to two years of similar or related experience.

Education:

  • A high school education or GED.

Credit Analyst:

Role:

  • To limit the bank’s risk of losses by monitoring the quality of the bank’s commercial loan portfolio & keeping management informed of potential losses, trends & compliance problems.

Knowledge and Skills:

Experience:

  • Two years to five years credit analysis experience.

Education:

  • Preferred BS degree in business (Finance, Accounting, or Economics).

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job.

  • Work involves personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization, generally regarding routine matters for purposes of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion.

Other Skills:

  • Experience in all aspects of lending including real estate and commercial.

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

  • Strong analytical skills including analyzing complex financial data for complex industries.

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Strong commercial credit analysis skills.


Marketing Manager:

Role:

  • To improve the bank’s competitive position, consistent with its mission, within the markets served

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Plans, directs, and coordinates the efforts of marketing and sales toward the accomplishment of overall objectives.

  • Oversees implementation and design of the marketing strategy including; campaigns, events, digital marketing, website, and public relations.

  • Directs all advertising and sales promotions.

  • Manages social media presence and directs programs to improve social medial recognition.

  • Monitor cost and budget.

  • Conducts market research & recommends for product/service modifications or improvements.

Knowledge and Skills:

Experience:

  • Six months to two years of similar or related experience. Must have experience with graphic design software.

Education:

  • Preferred BS degree in business (marketing).

Skills:

  • The ability to motivate or influence others by being a confident, driven, and dynamic leader.

  • A strong and creative outlook as well as having excellent attention to detail.

  • Must be organized and self-motivated.
