BUSINESS ANALYSIS CHECKING
Minimum Opening Balance is $500.00.
Business checking account fees are determined by the balance and activity of each individual account. If you maintain balances that offset your account’s activity cost your account may never incur a service charge. An earnings rate is calculated monthly based on the 90 day Treasury Bill Rate for the most recent 30-day period. This rate is applied to your account’s “Balance Available for Investment” which is the average positive collected funds less 10% of that balance. The result is your earnings credit.
If an average negative collected balance occurs, the rate of prime plus 2% will be charged along with the following activity charges:

No Service Charge is made to the account during the month unless the earnings credit is insufficient to cover the cost.

SMALL BUSINESS ACCOUNT
- Minimum opening balance is $500.00.
- If the daily balance falls below $500.00, there will be a $10.00 service charge for the month.

A per item fee of $.20 each will be charged when item counts listed below are exceeded:

- 25 Deposits Per Month
- 50 Deposited Items Per Month
BUSINESS NOW ACCOUNT
- Minimum Opening Balance is $1,500.00.
- If the daily balance falls below $1,500.00 there will be an $8.00 service charge for the month.
- Interest is computed on the collected balance and credited to your account monthly.
- If your collected balance falls below $1,500.00, no interest is earned for the day.
- The interest rate is established by First National and is subject to change depending on market conditions.
Available for all non-profit, public funds, and sole proprietorship.
NON-PROFIT CHECKING
- Minimum Opening Balance is $100.00.
- No service charge.
BUSINESS SUPER NOW ACCOUNT
- Minimum Opening Balance is $2,500.00.
- If the balance falls below $2,500.00 during the month there is an $8.00 service charge.
- Interest is computed on the collected balance and credited to your account monthly.
- If the daily balance falls below $2,500.00, no interest is earned for the day.
- The interest rate is established by First National and is subject to change depending on market conditions.
- There is a $.15 per check or debit item charge.
Available for all non-profit, public funds, and sole proprietorship.
Business Savings
BUSINESS MONEY MARKET PLUS
- Minimum Opening Balance is $1,000.00.
- If the daily balance falls below $1,000.00, there will be a $10.00 service charge for the month
- Interest is earned on the daily collected balance less 5% of that balance and credited to your account monthly.
- If the daily balance falls below $1,000.00, no interest is earned for the day.
- A daily collected balance of $1,000.00 or more will earn a money market rate established by First National and is subject to change depending on market conditions.
- You are allowed 6 pre-authorized debits per statement period, which includes up to 3 checks. After 6 withdrawals per month a $2.00 per withdrawal fee will be charged. These transactions are governed by law and if exceeded could result in the bank reclassifying the account as non-interest bearing.
BUSINESS STATEMENT SAVINGS
- Minimum Opening Balance is $500.00.
- Collected balance of $100.00 or more earns interest based on market conditions.
- Interest is computed on the collected balance and credited quarterly.
- Three withdrawals per quarter are allowed with no charge. All additional withdrawals are $1.00 each.
- A dormant fee of $3.00 per quarter will be charged if there is no activity for 2 years. Statements may only be mailed at year-end.
